• He must have a high school diploma or its equivalent from inside or outside Libya.

• Be of good conduct.

• To be able to pursue health studies in his major.

• Not to be dismissed from another university for disciplinary reasons.

• The student must have a good grade.

• The residence procedures for non-Libyans shall be valid and compatible throughout the duration of the study.

• To fulfill any other conditions specified by the College Board or University Council and announced at the time of application.

• The comparison between applicants who meet all conditions will be according to their grades in the high school certificate examination, personal interview and entrance exams.

• Conducting a placement test for accepted students in English language and mathematics, and if the test does not pass, the remedial course is added with the rest of the first semester subjects.
